Tracy Wong

Hong Kong

Born in Macau and graduated from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (First-class Honor) in 2013. Wong awarded The Margaret Zee Outstanding Performer Award in HKAPA.

Wong formed MW Dance Theatre in Hong Kong and Macau in 2019, at the same year they presenting their first dance festival ON SITE in Macau.

Recent Choreography included Sous Vide(2018), Les Curious Fringes; The Blast of the Cave(2018), A Part of Us(2018) Shelf Life(2016), Pardon(2015) and Mapping(2016).

She was invited four times to present her new work for Hong Kong Arts Festival, also she toured her work to Seoul NDA International Dance Festival 2018 and the 22nd Masdanza International Choreography contest(Spain) in 2018 (awarded the Le Gomera Choreography Centre Artist Residency Prize), also invited to 2018 CÁDIZ EN DANZA Festival, 2018 One Small Step Dance Festival in Corfu, 2018 Internationaler Wettbewerb fuer Choreographen Hannover, Hong Kong Dance Exchange Festival 2018, Fukuoka Fringe Festival 2018, NDA Seoul NDA International Dance Festival 2019 and Guangdong Modern Dance Festival 2019.
