Hung Dance Technique

Description
Hung dance technique focuses on the body space between movement and stillness, starting with “single-point initiation”, detaching and separating the joints and muscles of the body, using a single part for movement and remaining other parts of the body as a static stat. Using elements including circular movements and entanglement of Tai Chi as a process to slowly move other muscles and joints, extending the idea to other parts of the body to use it freely in order to develop a unique movement logic and a mechanical movement pattern, thus to generate energy and remain stillness.
